Todd has over 18 years of experience in the passive fireproofing industry providing guidance on field applications, quality assurance, and technical support in both the hydrocarbon and cellulosic fireproofing markets. Todd had earned and maintained his NACE/AMPP Coating Inspector certification.

Bob Casteel has been with Isolatek International for 13 years, holding various roles that include manufacturing, research and development, and technical and field service . His experience encompasses product development, certification, testing, and marketing, making him a valuable asset in delivering innovative fire protection solutions.

In 1987, Don began his extensive career in the industrial coatings and fireproofing Industry. He joined Isolatek International in 2024 following his time at Albi Protective Coatings. Don has earned both a CSI Certified Construction Product Representative (CCPR) and SSPC Protective Coatings Specialist (SSPC PCS) certifications. Additionally, Donald served as Co-Chair of the “Working Group CAN/ULC S1004” in Toronto, contributing to the development of standards for Passive Fire Protection and Life Safety Commissioning published in 2014.

Trish has 18 years of experience in the fireproofing industry. She began her career as an estimator and project manager for her father’s fireproofing company, Herblan Insulation, in Denver, CO. Trish joined Isolatek International in 2024 as a Distribution Sales Representative following the acquisition certain assets of Albi Protective Coatings, where she served as the Midwest Region Sales Manager since 2022. Throughout her career, Trish has successfully collaborated with architects, general contractors, and applicators.

Dave Zebarth brings 32 years of sales experience, including 25 years in the coatings industry to Isolatek. He joined Isolatek International in 2024 as the National Sales Manager for the Distribution Channel following Isolatke’s acquisition of certain assests of Albi Protective Coatings, where he served as the Eastern Region Sales Manager supporting the Eastern US, Canada, and the Caribbean since 2022. He specializes in various aspects of the coatings industry, including commercial and industrial fireproofing, providing valuable support to contractors, applicators, distributors, and architects.

Travis is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Technical Sales Representative for Isolatek International, Travis brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He began his career in division 7 and dedicated more than 15 years to the fireproofing sector as Operations Manager for a nationwide subcontractor firm based in Florida. Since joining the Isolatek team in July 2023, he has focused on expanding business in Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Lower Alabama, and the Caribbean, leveraging his extensive background to deliver exceptional solutions to clients.

Saju has over 20 years’ experience in the innovative development, design, engineering, procurement, construction, integrity management, manufacturing, and supply of Passive Fire Protection (PFP) arrangements on projects throughout the Middle East and Asia. Saju is responsible for the supply of world class safety critical systems for commercial buildings, onshore petrochemical plants, and tunnels.

Steve Petro brings 30 years of experience in the Passive Fire Protection Industry, combining strong technical expertise with exceptional communication skills. He specializes in specification development, product selection, and UL Fire Resistance Design consulting. A dedicated member of the Construction Specifications Institute, Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University. His extensive knowledge and commitment make him a trusted resource in his field.

Will Mifflin started his Passive Fire Proofing career as a Foreman/Sprayer for a major fireproofing subcontractor. He joined Isolatek as a Technical Sales Representing supporting both architects and applicators in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Western Pennsylvania and Western New York. Will’s hands-on expertise and product knowledge make him a valuable asset to both specifiers and contractors. Will earned his Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certification and is a member of Construction Specifiers Institute (CSI).

Sean Younger has been involved in the technical sales and marketing of fireproofing products since 2000, amassing 23 years of expertise and field experience across commercial, industrial, and petrochemical applications. Sean’s skills encompass fireproofing product management, testing, and application of intumescent and cementitious fireproofing, as well as high-performance coatings inspection and troubleshooting. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the National Fireproofing Contractors Association (NFCA), and the Association for Materials Protection & Performance (AMPP).

Chase Slay brings 18 years of experience across the construction, industrial, residential, commercial, and marine industries. He has represented Isolatek International fireproofing in Hawaii since 2014 and has resided in Honolulu since 2004.

Jason McKay has been with Isolatek International since 2001 where he continues to leverage his extensive industry experience to becoming the trusted advisor to his architects and contractors clients. Jason has been a member of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) since 2002 and served as President of the Northern Virginia CSI chapter from 2010 to 2012. He is currently a board member for the DC CSI chapter (2023-present). Jason earned his Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certification in 2005.

Nick stated at Isolatek International in 2018 after graduating from the University of Dayton in 2018 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Industrial Engineering Technology. He spent his first four years in Isolatek’s Technical Services group a providing technical assistance, engineering insights, and troubleshooting expertise related to passive fire protection applications in commercial construction and the petrochemical industries. In 2022, Nick transitioned to Technical Sales, supporting the New England and Upstate New York territory. He is passionate about conducting educational training, leading architectural seminars, and serving as a trusted advisor to project teams, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support. Nick holds NACE CIP Level 1 Credential #: 104073, Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certification and is a member of the Construction Specifiers Institute.

Sean began his fireproofing career as an Estimator and Project Manager in fireproofing, lath and plaster, EIFS, metal stud framing, and drywall industry. Sean has has spent the last 17 years as Isolatek’s Technical Sales Representative serving architects and contractors in California and Nevada. Sean is a member of Construction Specifiers Institute (CSI).

With over 25 years of experience in the fireproofing industry, Scott Baiker has dedicated 19 years to technical sales at Isolatek International, following 8 years as an estimator and project manager with a fireproofing applicator. His extensive background uniquely positions him to deliver expert solutions and insights to both the design and contractor community. Scott is a member of member of Construction Specifiers Institute (CSI).

Russ has over 20 years of experience in technical sales and marketing of passive fire protection products at Isolatek International. Before joining Isolatek, he was an Associate at Rolf Jensen & Associates, where he provided fire/life safety engineering consulting services to architects and owners. Russ is an active member of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE), the National Fireproofing Contractors Association (NFCA), and the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI).

Cole Swanson possesses extensive technical expertise in the Isolatek product line and has significant experience driving the growth of innovative products in commercial and industrial markets. Since 2019, Cole has been instrumental in generating technical solutions for on-site applications and managing product lifecycles. Most recently, he led the development and successful launch of our new Cellu-Shield® thermal and acoustical insulation. Additionally, Cole actively participates in industry-leading organizations, including the National Fireproofing Contractors Association (NFCA).

Bill Mifflin began his career as a fireproofing applicator and estimator before joining Isolatek International in 1997. During his 27 years with Isolatek, Bill has supported the Northern California and Southeastern US markets, bringing valuable expertise, guidance and insights to the customers he serves.
