Downtown & Be Grand Reforma is a 50 story (199 meters) mixed-use residential and office building space located at the heart of Mexico City on Paseo de la Reforma. This tower’s 156,000 square meters project will have 140 offices, residential living space, four high-end suites known as Sky Villas, a rooftop lounge, and eight levels of parking underground.
The office spaces will be in the first portion of the building, while the 550 residential units above have a panoramic view of the city. A hybrid steel-and-concrete structure combine to make this a LEED-certified building.
